Teddy Bears

Ok.
I think I might have a new favorite little kid. John Mark was my favorite for a very very long time. But this October he is turning eight which isn't really little anymore. It's just "kid". So I've been on the lookout for a new favorite "little kid". (If you know of any potential children that could fill this spot, please contact me...any prospective "favorite little kid" is worth checking into.) This morning I might have found her.
Her name is Lily. Lily Tierney, and she is my art professor's daughter. Today was teddy bear day at her preschool so she was wearing her teddy bear t shirt SHE MADE HERSELF via fabric paint, and her teddy bear Harvey was accompanying her. Harvey! A girl after my own heart, any kid with spectacular naming skills like that has a soul made of the same stuff mine is. Her birthday is tomorrow too. She is turning four. I might have gotten a lot more line study done if I hadn't been crawling around on my hands and knees the whole class time checking all the desks to see if the screws were missing. Lily and I were trying to find the thief that stole them all.

Just in case anyone wanted to know, MY new teddy bear that Daniel gave me last week has been officially christened Tiddley Pom. Don't tell me how awesome that name is. I know it rocks...
