Thank the Lord for the Queen's A-hole.

Today's Thankful: The Queen's A-hole.
Almost every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, John and Caleb stand behind the head and try to spit in the Queens A-hole after class.

Hahah! Confused? Our art building's name is "Queen"; that isn't the name of the building, but it is the building's name. It isn't "Queen Building" or "Queen Art Center". Mostly the faculty just calls it the Sewell Art Rooms- which is putting it nicely since these Sewell Art Rooms are all in the basement of the oldest guys dorm hall. But we as a collective student body named it "Queen". Right outside the glass doors that lead down into the leaky low ceilinged classrooms is the word "ART" in metal letters. These metal letters are raised from the side of the building and stick out a little from the brick wall, and so consequently the "A" and "R" have holes in the middle of them. You know, the kind of holes that birds will sometimes build nests in on Grocery Store signs and things.
A little further from the word "ART" that sits on the side of Queen, on the other side of the glass doors someone long ago spray painted a little head on the sidewalk. It's behind the trashcan a bit. Naturally this environment is rich in artistic inspiration and one of our inspired artistic activities is spitting in the Queen's A-hole. One must stand behind the painted head and aim your saliva in hopes that it's trajectile stream successfully lands in the "A" in the word "ART" on the side of Sewell's Art Rooms--which happen to be the basement of the guy's dorm.
Yes. It's a weird thankful...but it is one. And it's fun to type up a blog with the title being Thank the Lord for the Queen's A-hole. :)
